My personal mission is to: Enrich Lives and Strengthen Organizations
This mission was deliberately crafted to encompass the activities where I find joy, fulfillment, and contribution to others – which also enriches MY life:
- fostering meaningful relationships through “everyday” interactions;
- meeting personal needs of others through community service activities;
- adding value to others’ lives by supporting their interest in goal achievement and public speaking; and
- improving the effectiveness of organizations and teams.
I am involved in many things that provide the basis for my interest sharing my messages and helping to make a difference in the lives of others and the effectiveness of organizations:
- First and foremost, I have always had a focus on continuous improvement and learning to grow and improve my personal, professional, and leadership skills.
- I have had formal training as a facilitator and coach, and have been involved in organizational development through strategic planning and process improvement.
- I have conducted workshops and training on a variety of personal and organizational development topics for leaders and emerging leaders.
- I have been trained, and will soon be certified as a World Class Speaking Coach.
I am involved in many things that provide the basis for my interest sharing my messages and helping to make a difference in the lives of others and the effectiveness of organizations:
- I have been a member of the world’s largest service organization – Lions Clubs International – for over 15 years and serve in many leadership roles.
- I am a registered Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional (certification by Project Management International).
- I am also affiliated with a number of other professional and community organizations.
